This project marked a major milestone for our clients: their first single-family home, complete with a toddler and a new baby on the way. With a strict six-month timeline ahead of the new arrival, our primary objective was tackling a dark, cramped kitchen that simply didn't work for them. By removing several bulky upper cabinets, introducing open shelving, and applying a crisp white finish to the walls and new cabinet doors, the spatial transformation was immediate..

The remainder of the scope focused on helping the family transition from apartment living to a larger home footprint. Designing for a household with two very young children meant prioritizing functionality and safety—sharp edges and delicate fabrics were strictly off-limits. Ultimately, we delivered a durable and cozy space tailored to their growing family, successfully settling them into their new home just before the baby arrived.
