Designing a colorful, eclectic home was a natural fit for clients whose families hail from the culturally rich regions of Iran and South America. Embracing bold colors, mixed patterns, and traditional heirlooms came easily to them. Our challenge was integrating formal elements—like prized family Persian rugs—into a relaxed space that still functions beautifully for a family with two young boys. Curating a prominent gallery wall that seamlessly married traditional artwork from two distinct parts of the world was a particularly fun challenge. The result is a highly personal home that perfectly balances family history with modern furnishings for a relaxed, layered look.
